The only thing that was worry-free for us through the entire process was Shane and his team. He gets more done by noon on Monday than most people barely accomplish by Friday. Shane listened to by dumb questions and guided me through the financing, locking a rate, how to keep your rate when closing might not happen on time. Shane and his team have decades of experience and you realize that immediately. If we had chosen another firm to finance us, I'm certain all of our belongings would be in storage somewhere while we were in limbo searching for another house. Team Shane went over and beyond what we would have ever expected. We can never thank them enough!

We really appreciated his clear communication, attention to detail, quick turnaround by text/email/phone during and after business hours, and even on weekend days. The closing process was a roller-coaster and we had to delay our closing date during negotiations. Shane helped us keep the deal together and even managed to extend our mortgage rate lock which saved us $$. He was always willing to answer even the most basic questions about the process giving us the peace of mind that was valuable throughout this process. I highly recommend Shane to anyone planning to purchase a new home in the Portland area.

My very first house purchased was a very nerve wrecking process, but Shane and his team were very helpful, kind and took care of EVERYTHING for me. All I had to do is sign paperwork, once approved, provide required documentation though a secure drop box and watch the process take off. When I got a frustrating phone call from someone at Stewart Title trying to push the process along, all I had to do is contact Shane and he took care of it. Shane is very professional, caring and even felt like a family member talking me through the process, ensuring everything was going the way I needed/wanted it to go and making sure I understood everything I was signing. He gave us several excellent options to choose from, and didn't blink an eye when we asked him to switch the terms from a no-cash-out to a cash-out refinance. We're two self-employed people, and we were a little worried about the volume of paperwork that might be required to prove our income. But Shane is organized and clear in his process, and he made it easy to find and deliver the paperwork and documentation needed. To top things off, Shane is very kind, patient and respectful. Working with Shane was a big win all around.
